I'm on vacation in Portugal, and this entire COUNTRY is nothing but hills that I walk up and down and up and down. Yay for functional exercise and days with 15K+ steps.

Yes, Reb! So envious and happy for you. Nothing like a vacation where you're a little blissfully tired out from roaming a new place :)

I recently took a week to absorb the fall colors and breathe the fresh, crisp air in the mountains. Being in a place with so much outdoor activity and beauty fed my soul. I have really enjoyed the way my body has changed during pregnancy. I’ve actually felt confident and beautiful. I am proud of what my body is doing. I do a stretch routine every morning and it feels so amazing. I have also been consistently working out through my pregnancy. 34 weeks and I feel fantastic (minus swelling feet/hands)!!

New makeup and a mani/pedi can pull me out of a body slump. It helps me to feel pretty and worthy, and it's a really nice distraction until I can mentally and emotionally get up on my feet again.

So true. I rarely get my nails professionally done bc I actually really like doing them myself...feels like a fun little tactile exercise in very mild concentration with a pretty result
