Thank you. I looked up for it and it was great steam release. I always felt this way about these people who think they are so holy just because they work out and eat clean. I was once at a beach and my uncle who just came to California was smoking and one woman pointedly noted: "So people are smoking now at beach?" I don't smoke but this same pattern and paradigm continues among these communties who think their sh** don't stink. They judge fat people... which makes you wonder what good is fitness if you are one judgmental prick? They think they are above others. Personally I do love working out and don't eat clean... but coming from a spiritual mindset I look at SOUL. People can be 900lbs and have soul have an angel. And people can look like supermodel studs and be a judgemental arsehlle.
